1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.seedjewelry.com (the "Website") and all purchases made through it. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order or using our services.
The Website is operated by MAGNAT FAMILY FZCO, a company registered in the UAE under trade licence number DMCC192237, with registered address at 2902, JBC 3, Cluster Y, JLT, Dubai, UAE ("Seed Jewelry", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing the Website, submitting an order, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
By using the Website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products and Pricing
Seed Jewelry offers fine jewelry crafted with diamonds and precious gemstones certified by internationally recognised gemological laboratories. Where a product includes a certified diamond or gemstone, the original gemological certificate (GIA, IGI, HRD or equivalent) forms part of the subject matter of the sale and will be provided to the buyer at the time of delivery. The certificate number and stone characteristics will be recorded in the order confirmation.
Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the price applicable to your order.
Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur between the image and the physical item.
4. Order Process
Orders are placed and processed through the Website. Once checkout is complete and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation constitutes a binding contract between you and Seed Jewelry.
Seed Jewelry reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or payment issues. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
5. Payment
We accept payment via the following methods: PayPal, Apple Pay, and [CC, Bank transfer]. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. Seed Jewelry does not store full payment card details. Payment is collected at the time of order. Title to the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
Seed Jewelry is subject to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 on Anti-Money Laundering and the DMCC DPMS Rulebook. For high-value transactions, we may request identity verification documents prior to completing the sale. We reserve the right to decline any transaction that we are unable to verify in accordance with our compliance obligations.
6. Delivery and Shipping
6.1 Delivery Options
Seed Jewelry offers three methods of receiving your order:
- International shipping — delivery by FedEx international courier to your address worldwide.
- Local delivery — delivery within Dubai / the UAE by reputable courier.
- Showroom collection — collect in person from our showroom at Dubai, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Cluster Y, JBC3, 2902 office. Please contact us in advance to arrange a collection time.
6.2 Delivery Timeframes
Estimated timeframes from dispatch:
- Local delivery (within UAE): 3 business days
- International delivery: timeframes vary by destination country and shipping provider and will be confirmed at the time of dispatch.
- Showroom collection: by appointment, timeframe confirmed at the time of booking.
These are estimates only. MAGNAT FAMILY FZCO is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier disruption, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6.3 Shipping Costs and Import Duties and Taxes
All shipping and delivery costs (via FedEx and other reputable couriers), import duties, VAT / GST, customs clearance and other applicable import-related charges are already included in the price displayed on the Website and are covered by MAGNAT FAMILY FZCO. The price is calculated based on the delivery destination: a specific rate applies to deliveries within the UAE, while deliveries to other countries are calculated using an average international shipping and duty cost built into the price. The customer will not be required to make any additional payment to FedEx, customs authorities, or any other third party upon or after delivery — the price confirmed at checkout on the Website is final and all-inclusive.
6.4 Risk and Title
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon physical delivery to your address or upon collection from our showroom. Title passes upon receipt of full payment.
6.5 Packaging
All Seed Jewelry pieces are dispatched in premium protective packaging. Insurance for high-value international shipments may be arranged and its cost disclosed at checkout.
6.6 Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal of delivery, additional re-delivery charges may apply. MAGNAT FAMILY FZCO is not liable for loss resulting from inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.
7. Consumer Rights under UAE Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights under applicable UAE law.
In accordance with Article 34 of the Consumer Protection Law, any condition that purports to relieve Seed Jewelry of its statutory obligations is void and of no effect.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the exclusive property of Seed Jewelry and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Seed Jewelry shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Website or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury, or any matter that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
10. Privacy
The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent to data collection as described therein.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall first be referred to mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE. You also have the right to submit a consumer complaint to the UAE Ministry of Economy's Consumer Protection Department.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on the Website with a new effective date. Continued use of the Website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
